Refund and Returns Policy
Cancellation Policy of KUMARI MART
KUMARI MART believes in assisting its customers as much as possible and has established a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellation Requests
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made on the same day as placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process. - Non-Cancellable Items
KUMARI MART does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items, such as flowers and food products. However, refunds or replacements can be made if the customer demonstrates that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory. - Damaged or Defective Items
In case you receive damaged or defective items, please report this to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once the merchant has verified the issue on their end. This must be reported within the same day of receiving the products. - Product Expectations
If you feel that the product received does not match what was shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision. - Warranty Issues
For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer to the manufacturer for resolution. - Refund Processing
For any refunds approved by KUMARI MART, it will take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in the customer’s account.
